3. Cookies and measurement tools
Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser. We use necessary cookies essential for the basic functioning of the website, as well as analytical and marketing cookies, which we only run based on the consent you grant via the cookie banner.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and advertising codes. We transmit the granted or rejected consent to providers via Google Consent Mode (v2). Without your consent, analytical and advertising tools do not run and do not store cookies for these purposes.

4. Recipients of personal data
We make data accessible only to the minimum necessary extent to processors who provide website operations and marketing tools for us, specifically the web hosting provider and the companies Google Ireland Limited, Seznam.cz, a.s., Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. We have entered into personal data processing agreements with these processors.
5. Transfer to countries outside the EU
Some providers (especially Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention period
We retain data from inquiries and communication for the period necessary to handle the request, and subsequently for the duration of the limitation periods, usually no longer than 3 years. We retain accounting and tax documents for the period specified by legal regulations (up to 10 years). Cookies have their own validity period according to the specific tool.
7. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have in particular the following rights:
• right of access to personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
• right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17),
• right to restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• right to data portability (Art. 20),
• right to object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21),
• right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that we are violating legal regulations by processing your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.
